Hey, I’m Heather
A Certified Health Coach whose own journey through chronic stress and burnout, mental health struggles, and autoimmune diagnoses led me to this work.

Years ago, I looked like I had it all together. But on the inside? I was barely getting through the day. I felt wired but exhausted, constantly on edge, and so emotionally drained that even simple decisions felt overwhelming. My body ached, my motivation disappeared, and I kept thinking: “Why do I feel like this?”
Not only was I struggling with my physical health, but my mental health was spiraling. I was eventually diagnosed with PMDD and Hashimoto’s, and suddenly my world became a maze of confusing symptoms, contradicting advice, and doctors who didn’t take me seriously. I didn’t know what to eat anymore. I didn’t trust my body. And I was scared to talk about it because I thought people wouldn’t understand.
Then after returning to the office after working from home for a year (thanks, pandemic), came the panic attack. Right there at work. That was the moment that I finally realized what I had experienced a few times at home was a panic attack. And that moment cracked everything open. I finally admitted to myself that something had to change.
Since I wasn’t at the point where I needed medication for my thyroid, my best solution for instant relief was to accept the medication my doctor offered me for PMDD. Although it was a relief from the depression and anxiety, I was still struggling with a bunch of other symptoms. So I did what a lot of women do: I researched endlessly. I tried everything. Supplements. Routines. Biohacks. But most of it left me more stressed than before.
What actually helped me heal (in combination with the medicine)? Getting back to basics. I made simple shifts to how I ate, how I moved, how I handled stress. I learned about the nervous system and how to actually feel safe in my body. I found joy again. Grounded myself (literally and emotionally). And slowly, things started to change.
No more panic attacks. No more spiraling. I feel clear. Energized. Motivated. And more connected to myself than I’ve ever been.
Now, I help women like you find their way through the fog. The women who are burnt out, dismissed, overwhelmed by the system, and tired of being told they’re “fine.”
Because you’re not lazy. You’re not dramatic. And you’re definitely not alone.
If you’re stuck in survival mode, unsure what’s actually wrong or how to fix it, I’ve been there. And I want to walk beside you as you find your way forward.
I’m not here to give you a one-size-fits-all plan. I’m here to co-create something that actually works for you.
Let’s hop on a call to see if we’d be a good fit to work together.

The personal stuff, if you’re curious:
I grew up in Wisconsin but always had the itch to move. That became possible when I met my Mexican husband at a resort in Puerto Vallarta. Two years after living there we got married on the beach, and shortly after that we were given the opportunity to move to Orange County, California!
I started a travel blog, That OC Girl, in 2017 which I still keep around for fun. That’s where I talk about my travel adventures through California and Mexico.
I’m a nature lover and feel my best when my feet are in the grass, in the sand, or I’m soaking up the sun. I have to make time for this weekly.
I had back surgery in March 2025 and am slowly returning to my favorite outdoor hobbies like hiking, biking, and paddleboarding. Realizing that I may not be able to fully return to some of those things is tough on my mental health.
My biggest why? My mom. I didn’t fully understand her mental health struggles until I faced my own. Living through it gave me the compassion I didn’t know I was missing—and the purpose to help others find their way through it too.
